Warwickshire County Council and Stagecoach have announced changes to buses services around Warwickshire which come into effect between May 25 and June 14.

These changes, which have been funded through central government’s Bus Service Improvement Plan Plus (BSIP+) allocation, introduce new evening services.

The county council has said that the changes are aimed at “supporting the Warwickshire night time economy along with providing improvements to reliability, ensuring buses turn up when they are meant to.

Service 1 will have its evening services retimed.

Some journeys will be extended to Jaguar Land Rover at Gaydon via Bishops Tachbrook and Lighthorne Heath, replacing service 77 at these times.

On Fridays & Saturdays, one journey will provide a late evening service through to Southam.

And on Service 63, the morning journey leaving Leamington at 7.04am will leave 12 minutes earlier to help improve reliability.

This will start from June 1.
