BBC newscaster helped Leamington Rotary Club to raise £1,000 for Alzheimer's Society

The Rotary Club of Royal Leamington Spa, recently presented a cheque for £1,000 to the Alzheimers Society from the money it raised at its annual dinner.

The Royal Leamington Spa Rotary club's annual Celebrity Dinner speaker this year was BBC Midlands Today newscaster Mary Rhodes.

Mary proved to be a very popular attraction and chose the Alzheimer’s Society as the main beneficiary of the event.
